Nothing, they're just people like everyones else People who sin People expect Christians to be perfect, when they don't claim to be Christians get things wrong, and mess up loads just like anyone else It's a myth that a 'good' Christian is perfect, as there isn't such a thing as a 'good' of 'bad' Christian, you're either one or your not! How do I get a clear vision of what being a Christian is all about? Firstly, ignore useless opinions and sweeping statements from both Christians and Non - Christians alike Secondly, don't get caught up in thinking about denominations There is no 'right' denomination If your in the US, I think the main denomination would be Baptist, the UK Anglican, most other places Catholic Remember denominations are just manmade interpretations of living as a Christian, they're all pretty healthy to be honest, and as long as they keep the Bible centered, then they're cool I advise you to look to the life that Jesus Christ led He was perfect and without sin Christians should strive to be like Him I think Gandhi hit the nail on the head when he said 'I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians Your Christians are so unlike your Christ' I believe the world would be better, if we stopped evangilising with just our mouths, but started to share God's love by our actions I became a Christian because I found I was never satisfied with life I would seek satisfaction in the wrong areas of my life, I would waste my time trying to look good, trying to be satisfied by getting the best grades at school, over eating, becoming obsessive over mundane things and doing bad things When you fall in love with Jesus, you find that he totally satisfies you And fills that void inside you, which before would quickly empty as the worldy things faded My faith in Jesus changed my life incredibly and made me more content Don't be fooled life suddenly become easy, but you feel more prepared to deal with what life throws at you Having faith is not about going 'Alright God, how you gonna get me out of this problem?!'
